I am an Assistant Professor of Public Policy and Economics at Northeastern University. I am a Research Affiliate at the Institute of Labor Economics (IZA), and a Research Fellow at the Global Labor Organization (GLO). I work in the fields of labor, development, public, urban, and experimental economics. Research topics include wage inequality, job creation, hiring discrimination, and the impacts of public policies on labor markets in developed and developing countries.
